In 2005 the Academy gave the Oscar for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role to Morgan Freeman (Million Dollar Baby) but, truth be told, the golden statue should have gone to Clive Owen for his unbelievable performance in Closer. Truly, unbelievable.
